STRETCHED not STRESSED

Before my thoughts move on to another place I want to share on a mistake I almost made.  I believe that I am not the only person who may have mistaken the differences of being stretched versus truly being stressed out.

Without details I will start by acknowledging that everyday has its messed up issues....  now before I continue I want to start that sentence over  by rephrasing it with a more positive out look. Take 2- Without details I will start by acknowledging that everyday has an awesome set of obstacles that require my best efforts from beginning to end. I welcome the days instead of dreading or fearing them, I anticipate what I can and deal with the unexpected as they arrive.  Now even if the days course of obstacles seem to tough or drama filled I refuse to sink below anything less than being rather cool no matter how intense a moment may be.  We often gather are problems in a big suitcase and immediately cry out that we have so much going on we just can't carry it or handle it.  Well I have challenged myself to reverse that wretched thought pattern.  That means I won't end my day feeling unaccomplished or soaked in self pity.  What I am finding out about myself is that the worst case is usually I am stretched out, not saying there isn't a fraction of stress but again I have made up my mind to not reside in it or even visit if possible. Some people say they are stressed because they are unable to do as they please, that's not stress but if you listen to the complaining and wining long enough you'll realize it as well, some people are just pissed off at their circumstances because they can't do X amount in a day, or spend X amount of money or allot X amount of time elsewhere.  A person has to accept the stress mentality, in my case I just say I'm stretched out and if I don't pull my self together I'll get pulled apart and if that happens we can just skip over that weak ass term called stress and go dark into depression *which will be touch on by some friends of mine very soon.  So place the book mark here because I am extremely tired and I believe in rest now more than ever, I WANT EVERY DAY to know that I AM COMING WITH MY BEST! No matter what direction I may be pulled in or what blessing something may be pulling me away from I recognize what is mine and with that thought alone I can never be stressed when I have a battle to win.  Remember Nakidfine is about body spirit & MIND, so transform your thoughts and train up your mind as you do your other 2 because you can get with in a gym with a trainer and if you are a believer you can get with with a BIBLE and a good church home but your MIND can only get right when you want it right.
